missingWrote a review on Dec 05good watersocial hubcold rooms
The second-floor room had good running hot-water, and the hotel’s large courtyard serves as a great social hub. Breakfast offered a tasty buffet, which was a nice perk for starting the day.
The building's one-meter thick stone walls kept the rooms cold despite warm weather outside. no heating was available. The bathrooms were awkwardly sized, with showers that sprayed everywhere and had mold issues on the ceiling. Additionally, noise from the street could be bothersome, making sleep a challenge without earplugs.

I recently stayed in a spacious and clean twin room. The courtyard with a fountain was such a peaceful spot for breakfast, which was delicious. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. Plus, the tea and drinking water available 24/7 was a nice touch. 🌞

the room was big, but the bathroom was so tiny I felt like a sardine in a can, and there was no hot water, just cold! I expected a complimentary upgrade, but instead got a parking nightmare. aboslutely absurd! I almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn't with all the inconveniences.

It was just a perfect match for a lightning trip in Ayacucho with reasonable value. The breakfast included was quite filling and satisfying. Try to get a room facing the garden for a nicer view.

great location, but limited offerings
The location is fantastic, just a minute's walk from the main square. I felt secure with excellent night-time security. The size of the double room is impressive, providing ample space to relax.
The overall hotel services seemed somewhat limited.

Comfortable Stay with Delightful Dining
I thoroughly enjoyed my one-night stay. The onsite restaurant featured delicious local cuisine, making meals a highlight. The relaxing patio area added to the ambiance. However, navigating the parking was a bit challenging, so I recommend arriving early to find a good spot.

Santa Rosa features an attractive, updated Spanish-colonial style with rooms surrounding beautiful inner courtyards. I appreciated the large room provided during my stay, along with the reasonable mid-range rates. The included breakfast was enjoyable, with generous portions and friendly staff. Located just a half-block from the central plaza, it made exploring the city convenient.
The beds were quite firm, which may not suit everyone's comfort preferences.

I had a lovely three-night stay in a spacious triple room that had ample outlets for our devices. The included breakfast was delightful with a variety of options, though the beds could use some upgrading as they were quite firm. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again, especially for the peaceful courtyard dining experience.
